Online Research

Online research is particularly useful when trying to reach large target audiences quickly and efficiently. We have a dedicated software package that allows us to create instant questionnaires and invite respondents to participate in product research. Each questionnaire can be tailored to client requirements and project objectives.

We have access to a large database of respondents and use ‘screener’ questionnaires to ensure they fit the necessary criteria for participation. Wirral Sensory Services (WSS) are also able to offer a large panel that is demographically and geographically diverse.

Unlike many other companies, our online research is entirely managed internally and hosted on our website, allowing us to have complete control over projects as well as ensuring rapid turnaround of results. The data is then collated by our management team to provide a report that is accurate and actionable.

WSS has been conducting online surveys since 2005 and has built up a large amount of experience in the design of questionnaires, the conducting of the research and the reporting of survey results.
