Focus Group Studies
Focus groups studies offer an in depth insight into the mind of the consumer, exploring the reasons why they say and think as they do. These discussion groups can provide invaluable information at all stages of the product development process, however they are most often conducted early in the process to assess the best route to market.
Our focus groups typically involve 8 respondents discussing research topics in detail for a period of up to 2 hours. Our groups are led by experienced moderators who ensure that the discussions progress smoothly and that all objectives of the research are met.
We place strong emphasis on the role of our moderators and a flexible, yet comprehensive discussion plan to ensure each piece of research provides actionable information.
Wirral Sensory Services has been conducting focus group sessions since 2002 and we employ two moderators, each with over 15 years experience in the industry. We have three locations throughout the UK where focus group sessions are conducted; Watford, Central Birmingham and the Wirral.
